UK Gold Orders

Free - Next day insured delivery is utilised.

For this service to apply, your order must be received by 2pm (Monday-Thursday) and be being delivered to mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland. Delivery is on the next working day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays)

Orders received by 2pm Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Deliveries are done by the Royal Mail - a signature will be required on receipt.

International Orders

Royal Mail tracked & signed is utilised, this will come at a flat rate of £11.95.

Estimated worldwide delivery times are 10-15 working days.

UK Silver Orders

We offer shipping via Royal Mail 2nd class or Royal Mail 1st class.

The choice between 1st or 2nd class shipping is left to your discretion.

2nd class shipping is priced at a flat rate of £1.50.

1st class shipping is priced at a flat rate of £2.50.

Estimated delivery times for 2nd class are 3-4 working days.

Estimated delivery times for 1st class are 1-2 working days.

Order Tracking

For your convenience, we provide order tracking for all Gold shipments. Once we dispatch your order you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

In line with UK standards and unless stated otherwise, all of our Gold Jewellery that is over 1g will be independently Hallmarked.
